Please provide the following information when you contact our help desk via email or phone:
- Your name
- Your contact (email or phone)
- Your child's name
- Your child's school
- Your child's classroom teacher (if applicable)
- Your child's grade level
- If there is an issue with the Chromebook please provide the SN on the bottom of the Chromebook.
- If we need to remote into their Chromebook we are going to ask you to log into the following site: https://remotedesktop.google.com/support/
- This link can be found in the student bookmarks if they are logged into their wcps Google account using the Chrome web browser or Chromebook.
